  I have lived here for three years..Management is awesome and our maintennce man comes quickly when you have a problem.One good point manager will evict problem tenants and she worked hard to make this a good place for families with children. I never had a problem contacting our manager. If she isn't in her office I leave a message at the office number. My calls are returned promptly. I love living here the neighbors are friendly, children appear to be well behaved and the location is great.

  When we first moved here, the manager, Lori Ramthun didn't tell us that we couldn't play on our side of the property, and we couldn't have our dog that was over 25 lbs. I personally hated the management after I heard that I had to get rid of him. But, my mom tried her best to keep him. Then, they kept giving us 5 day notices every other week. Some of the other tenants here are nice, or they are complete assholes by banging on other peoples windows, doors, etc. Finally, they will evict you for any reason they have. Like this one lady who was having a C-section, and the management evicted her, and took all of her belongings to a storage unit in Crivitz, WI. So in conclusion to my statement, never move to Heritage Apartments in Marinette, WI.

  Worst experience ever, I lost a family member and waited to receive the insurance check so I could pay the funeral home and pick up the remains, after depositing the check I was told someone would call me back in a few minutes, four hours later after no return call I delivered the check to the funeral home. When I contacted the credit union I was told the check, from a local insurance company, will be held for seven days and if a check is drawn on the account it will be returned NSF and I will also be charged $28.00. I was so irate I hung up the phone so as not to say anything I would normally not say, but I have been left with a very bad taste for Forward Financial credit Union and wanted others to be made aware of the uncompassionate customer Service. There has to be a more understanding financial institute in this area.

  STAA is an exceptional educational setting for all students in the Marinette, Peshtigo, and Menominee area. While the class sizes are small, I know my kids are [1] SAFE, [2] CARED FOR, and [3] all while being highly ACADEMICALLY CHALLENGED! Proud to be a CAVVIE family!!!
